The title for Berryz Koubou’s 26th single has been revealed to be Ai no Dangan (Eng: Bullet of Love).
The title is slightly different than past releases since it doesn’t have a hero or boy theme, which is somewhat of a relief since it seems that we might get a slight change of pace for Berryz Koubou’s songs, but like most singles the title doesn’t reveal much about what we can expect from the song itself.
It seems to suggest that the song could be a ballad, but with the word Dangan (meaning bullet or shot) it might give the song a bit more of an upbeat sound, so while we have no clear idea what the single will be like we can at least start to think about what kind of theme the PV will have or what kind of outfits they will use.
This single could be a change to Berryz Koubou’s recent releases, but I hope we get a chance to hear a preview or see the outfits so we can find out for sure what we can expect to see.
The release date is set for 6/8.
