Oricon style compiled a list of the top 10 dramas that pulled in the highest ratings for 2010. The list includes a wide range of genres, and even drama specials!
Contrary to a culmulative average rating, this list was based on ratings analyzed during the airing of the drama.

8. “Saigo no Yakusoku” (special drama) – 19.4 % (Fuji TV)
8. “Teppan” – 19.4 % : The 30th episode (NHK)
7. “Miporin no Ekubo” (special drama on 24 hours television) – 19.9 % (Nihon TV)
6. “Shinzanmono” – 21% : The first episode (TBS)
4. “Wagaya no Rekishi” (3 nights special drama) – 21.2 % : The first episode (Fuji TV)
4. “Aibou season 9” – 21.2 % : The 8th episode (TV Asahi)
3. “Tsuki no Koibito~Moon Lovers~” – 22.4 % : The first episode (Fuji TV)
