Short version’s of the original PV for Muten Musume’s single titled Appare Kaiten Zushi has been released.
For the most part the PV seems to be just CMs for the restaurant chain but I have to admit that I really like the way it looked since we got to see the chibi Muten Musume characters moving along to the music with many interesting graphics, and even though there doesn’t seem to be much of a story I really like the way that the settings and animations were done.
The main focus seems to be on Ai-chan and Sayu, which is surprising in some way since I would have thought they would show Reina off more, but since Sayu does appear in many regular TV shows and is known for being a popular member it was likely that she would be chosen as the second highlight.
Apart from that the PV is a bit too short to really tell much apart from it featuring random scenes of all of the members moving along to the music, but I really like the way the animations came out since they do look very professional.
Overall the PV is an interesting release since it features great animations set to the music, and even though the scenes seem to have been done at random I like the way that it looks since it does look like a great way to promote the single (it would have been great to have them a few weeks when the single was going to be released though).
Hopefully all fans check out both of the short PVs since they are really interesting, although I would suggest that you watch the longest PV preview (Short 2) since it includes the first PV and another new scene.
